Using Modernist Estates Marketplace
You are solely responsible for any content you post on the Site, and for any consequences that may result from your post. You may not post content that is illegal, obscene, defamatory, or infringes on the intellectual property rights of others. You may not use the Site for any commercial purposes, or to solicit others to purchase or sell any products or services. We reserve the right to remove any content from the Site at our discretion.
When contacting other users, treat them with courtesy and respect. Do not reply to ads with unsolicited opinions, comments, or judgments about the content of the ads, the price of the item, or the poster themselves. Abusive replies are not allowed. Any replies containing hate speech or defamation are strictly prohibited. All replies to ads must be about what the ad is offering. Replies containing other commercial offers are not allowed on Modernist Estates Marketplace. Impersonating other users, including supplying fake phone numbers, is not permitted.
Display and placement of user ads
To ensure the content of the website is relevant to our community, we reserve the right at our discretion to refuse or delete content. We also reserve the right at our discretion to restrict a user’s usage of Modernist Estates Marketplace either temporarily or permanently, or refuse a user’s registration.
Fees and Services
Modernist Estates Marketplace is currently in Beta mode, and listing and replying to ads is free for a limited time only.
